Estimator – Blacktown Area
Our valued client, one of Australia’s leading residential construction companies, is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join their team in the Blacktown area. This permanent, full-time associate role focuses on providing accurate pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and producing initial tenders, contracts, and variations.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret documents including working drawings and colour selections to prepare BOQs.
- Evaluate modifications for construction constraints, council regulations, and site costs.
- Collaborate closely with Site Managers and Customer Service Consultants to resolve queries.
- Produce documentation including accurate tenders, contract tenders, and final consolidations.
- Track progress using workflow reporting tools.
Requirements
- Residential experience in production or sales estimating.
- Construction knowledge regarding methods, materials, and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications like a Cert IV or Diploma in Building/Estimating (desired).
- On-site experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
